Azulene, a German chamomile derivative with a characteristic deep blue color, provides antibacterial and skin soothing properties to this gentle cleanser that is excellent for sensitive or blemished skin. The addition of alpha lipoic acid enhances the anti-inflammatory properties, and along with DMAE works to firm the skin. A light blend of oils dissolves even heavy make-up and washes away pore-clogging pollutants.
