We choose the best shipping method: US Priority Mail, insured and tracked, Federal Express, UPS, or Airborne Express. The charges are based on the value of your order as follows: Express Next Day or International: add an additional $20.00 to basic shipping cost. We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Please expect approximately the following amount of time for the processing and shipping of an order: East Coast –7-12 business days If you wish to check the status of your order, you may use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or contact us directly by email, fax, or phone. We regret that we are unable to offer the liberal return policies of large companies. In the interest of everyone’s health, and to insure the integrity of the products, we are unable to accept the return of any product. If you are in any doubt about a product, we encourage you to order a sample first. We are happy to provide up to five samples for $7.00 plus a shipping fee. We tend to be generous and include extra samples with every order. We are a small business and efficiency is important. We regret that we are unable to accept phone orders at this time. Harrington House must charge a 5% sales tax on the total amount for orders shipped within Virginia. Harrington House accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will be pleased to accept your order by fax. You can fax your printed order form to 1.434.799.0953. We are unable to accept phone orders at this time. In the event your credit card is declined, you will be notified immediately by the shopping cart program and asked to resubmit your number. Products ordered by e-commerce are not for resale. As such, we reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 5 per product per size. Use the contact form for wholesale inquiries. Abbey St. Clare is dedicated to the memory of Brother Thomas, OFM, Cap., my uncle, who was a Franciscan monk for fifty years before unexpectedly passing away just as the business was being founded. His unselfish dedication to a life of prayer and service to others is a daily source of inspiration. Brother Thomas had special compassion for those who came to request food at the door of the friary. To honor his memory, Harrington House tithes all proceeds to support programs to feed the hungry sponsored by the Franciscans, as well as providing soap and toiletry products to a local food bank for distribution to individuals, the DOVES shelter, and homeless shelters. Shopping : Finding What’s Right for You Sometimes there seems to be just too many choices. We encourage you to read the information provided in the Consultation area, as well as the testimonial experiences of other clients. We are so confident as to the effectiveness of the products, that unless there is a sensitivity problem, you will receive some benefit from every item you purchase. We will be constantly adding information to help you, and you can always use the contact form to ask questions directly. If you are in any doubt about a product, we encourage you to order a sample first. We are happy to provide up to five samples for $7.00 plus shipping. You can customize a gift by selecting the items you wish to include and we will assemble them for you in a simple black or white gift box. There is a nominal fee of $5.00 for this service per gift, which you can add to your order form upon checkout. We can send the gift to a recipient of your choice with an enclosure card with your personal message, or a seasonal greeting. Gift certificates are available for varied amounts and can be ordered directly from the shoppe. If you desire an amount not available, please use the contact form with your request. A lovely stained glass printed certificate will be mailed to the recipient of your choice. These will be packaged as a gift for an additional $5.00. |
